What is the relationship? How can we build a healthy relationship?

To be in a relationship means romantically involved with someone who cares for you, supports you and motivates you when you are in trouble. This doesn't mean that LoveLove and relationship are the same things. When there is romance in any relationship, this is called LoveLove. What we should do to make our relationship a healthy relationship. 

 

  1. Kindness, Acceptance, Compassion and Empathy-Relationships become stronger when both the partners are kind, accepting, compassionate and empathetic. Wherever you go, fill your mind with kindness, acceptance, compassion, and empathy and leave other things behind. 

  2. Don't lie- don't lie to your partner. When you do so, your partner can read it, so be honest. Keep no secrets and no skeletons in your mind. Keep your communication comfortable and ease with yourself. 

  3. Enjoy Time Together and Time Apart. Enjoy your time together and make every minute count and create good moments of Love. The greatest gift you can give to your partner is time. Because when you dedicate your time, you are offering a part of your life that you will never get back.

  4. Learn through conflicts - No One is perfect, and relationships are messy, so we all need to know how to solve the conflicts and learn from the conflicts. Every conflict we face in life is rich with positive and negative potential. It can be a source of inspiration. It is up to us how we can face it and work through them. 

  5. Trust and support your partner- support your partner and respect him/her to have a healthy relationship. Avoid unnecessary secrets and share everything with each other, which builds trust in your relationship. Be supportive with your partner; this is more helpful than being right and arguing.
